1. Overview: Strand helps companies automate and enhance their customer success operations by integrating with third-party tools to deliver insights.
2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
3. Account Registration: Register an account to access certain features and remain responsible for your credentials.
4. Use of Services: Use only for lawful business purposes. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse Strand. No sensitive data storage unless permitted.
Data, Fees, and Intellectual Property
5. Data and Privacy: Strand integrates with third-party services. We process only limited data to provide the Services. Personal data of your customers’ customers is not stored. Review our Privacy Policy for more details. Ensure you comply with laws when using Strand.
6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment: Free pilot period is offered. Paid subscription required afterwards; fees follow your order or plan and are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice.
7. Intellectual Property: Strand and its related materials belong to Strand Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You own your data but allow us to process it for service delivery.
Confidentiality, Integrations & Termination
8. Confidentiality: Each party must keep the other’s confidential information secure, only disclosing as needed for these Terms or by law.
9. Third-Party Services: Strand may integrate with other software; you use such integrations at your own risk.
10. Termination: You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms or misuse. Rights to use Strand end immediately upon termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided ‘as is’ with no warranties.
12. Limitation of Liability: Strand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Maximum liability is the total fees paid to Strand in the past 12 months.
Governing Law, Changes & Contact
13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.
